The Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels is strategically poised to expand its portfolio to 4,603 keys within the next five years. Currently boasting 2,298 keys across owned, leased, and managed formats, the hospitality brand is set to enhance its offerings by adding 830 rooms across five hotels in its owned portfolio over the same period. This expansion is driven by robust demand dynamics and anticipated stabilization of room rates in the forthcoming three to five years.
Notably, the company's expansion endeavors, including renovations of existing hotels, as well as the augmentation of Flury’s, its renowned tearoom and pastry shop, will be financed through internal accruals. Flury’s is slated for an expanded presence in Kolkata, West Bengal, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), with plans under consideration for expansion into Delhi, the National Capital Region (NCR), Hyderabad, and Pune.
Under its diverse portfolio, the brand encompasses The Park, The Park Collection, Zone by the Park, and Zone Connect by the Park. Currently, the company is in the process of raising Rs 920 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), further fortifying its financial position for future growth and expansion initiatives.
