The Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) has approved 19 new industrial projects worth a total of ₹28,546 crore, expected to generate employment for 30,270 people across the state. This decision reinforces the state government’s focus on accelerating industrial growth and creating job opportunities.
With this latest round of approvals, the total investment cleared by the SIPB under the NDA-led government of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has reached an impressive ₹5.34 lakh crore over the past year. During the seventh SIPB meeting, held in Amaravati, CM Naidu emphasized that the majority of jobs arising from these projects should benefit local residents.
