Arvind SmartSpaces (Lalbhai Group) has acquired a new residential high-rise project on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, through a joint development model. Serving as an extension of Arvind Sylva, the 11th high-rise for the company in the city spans an estimated saleable area of 3.6 lakh sq. ft. with a top-line potential of Rs 470 crore. Strategically located near major IT hubs and proposed metro stations, this marks the firm's 16th overall project in Bengaluru since entering the market in 2013.
