Avaada Electro Shines Bright: Nagpur Facility Joins Elite MNRE ALMM List!

Avaada Electro, the solar manufacturing arm of the Avaada Group, announced that its Butibori facility in Nagpur, Maharashtra, has been officially included in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The listing covers Avaada’s high-efficiency Glass-to-Glass G12 modules (up to 720 Wp) and G12R modules (up to 630 Wp).

Among the most advanced solar module manufacturing units in India, the Butibori facility features AI-integrated, self-adaptive production lines and a smart energy management system, operating at an industry-leading Takt time of just 16 seconds. The plant is undergoing rapid expansion and is expected to reach 7 GW capacity by next month, solidifying Avaada’s leadership in high-efficiency solar manufacturing.

In parallel, Avaada Electro has introduced BIS-certified N-type TOPCon solar modules with outputs of 720 Wp and 630 Wp, offering industry-leading efficiency of 23.32%. Shipments have begun from the Dadri facility for 595 Wp, 600 Wp, and 605 Wp modules, while 720 Wp modules are being dispatched from Nagpur.

Avaada’s manufacturing operations are underpinned by cloud computing and real-time energy analytics, minimizing environmental impact and showcasing the company's commitment to sustainable and intelligent manufacturing. As it scales towards 12 GW module and 12 GW cell capacity by the next financial year, Avaada is building India’s largest integrated solar manufacturing ecosystem—encompassing ingots, wafers, glass, and more—to support the nation’s drive for solar self-reliance.
