Awfis Lands 50,000 Sq. Ft. Power Hub in Mumbai's Powai

Awfis Space Solutions, India’s largest and first publicly listed workspace solutions provider, has launched a new 50,000 sq. ft. premium centre at Supreme Business Park, located in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai — one of Mumbai’s most prominent commercial hubs.

Strategically situated with excellent connectivity via metro lines, arterial roads, and close proximity to major transit points, the new centre further strengthens Awfis’ footprint in Mumbai to 35 centres, covering over 1.04 million sq. ft. of managed workspace.

The launch is marked by a major leasing agreement with Howden Insurance Brokers India, which has taken up 36,000 sq. ft. for a tenure of 60 months, highlighting strong enterprise demand and long-term client confidence in Awfis’ flexible workspace model.

Awfis’ clientele is led by large enterprises (59%), complemented by mid- and small-sized businesses. With 73% client retention beyond 24 months, the company continues to demonstrate strong stickiness and sustained value delivery.

Chairman and MD Amit Ramani reiterated the importance of Mumbai as a financial and innovation hub, affirming Awfis’ mission to provide scalable, tech-enabled, and design-forward workspace solutions that meet evolving business needs. The company remains on a robust growth trajectory, backed by a strong enterprise pipeline and continued demand for agile work environments.
