Ayodhya Rises Again: Unveiling a 1,000-Acre Dream City for the Modern Pilgrim

The Uttar Pradesh government has unveiled ambitious plans for a 1,000-acre township in Ayodhya, known as the 'New Ayodhya City.' Positioned as India's pioneer Vastu-based township, the project integrates a harmonious fusion of modern and traditional architectural elements.

Emphasizing a river-centric approach and sustainability principles, the New Ayodhya City is poised to become a model for eco-friendly urban development. The government has successfully secured the necessary land for this groundbreaking initiative. The planned township is anticipated to attract substantial investments, with developers expressing keen interest in acquiring land for both commercial and residential projects, thereby contributing to the region's economic growth.

To facilitate the development process, the government has initiated registrations for the state guest house. Subsequently, commercial development plots will be made available through auctions, opening up opportunities for investors and developers. The administration is committed to supporting this venture by providing assistance in land acquisition, backed by existing policies offering subsidies and incentives to further incentivize investment in the New Ayodhya City.
