BCL Industries has successfully secured a substantial contract valued at Rs 339 crore for the supply of 4.96 lakh litres of ethanol.
In addition to this achievement, its subsidiary company, Svaksha Distillery, has also clinched a significant work order worth Rs 222 crore to provide 3.24 lakh litres of ethanol to oil marketing companies (OMC).
The combined value of these contracts amounts to an impressive Rs 561 crore, encompassing the supply of 8.20 lakh litres of ethanol.
BCL Industries (BCL) stands out as a versatile business entity, boasting a diversified portfolio that spans across edible oil distillery and real estate verticals. The company has made strategic strides into the distillation sector, initially establishing a grain-based distillery producing extra neutral alcohol of 100 KLPD, complemented by a bottling plant situated in Bathinda, Punjab.
Notably, in response to the burgeoning business opportunities, BCL Industries has successfully doubled its distillation capacity to 200 KLPD, aligning with the remarkable growth trajectory in this sector.
