Gopalan Enterprises is set to launch its first Artificial Intelligence-powered smart home project in Bengaluru, designed specifically for millennial homebuyers. The developer plans to construct 3,000 smart residences by 2025, with a total investment of ₹500 crore.
Spanning one million sq. ft., these AI-driven homes will feature state-of-the-art automated appliances and space-saving flexible furniture. Prices will range from ₹1.5 crore to ₹2 crore. The company is rolling out four residential projects—two in Whitefield and two in Rajarajeshwari Nagar—each exceeding 30 floors. Two-BHK units start at ₹1 crore, while spacious three-BHK apartments (1,800–2,500 sq. ft.) begin at ₹1.5 crore.
Drawing inspiration from Japanese design principles, the homes will incorporate flexible, foldable furniture to optimize space. Looking ahead to late 2025, Gopalan Enterprises plans to expand beyond Bengaluru with a residential project in Mysuru, offering homes priced between ₹70 lakh and ₹1 crore.
In commercial real estate, the company is developing a 1.5 million sq. ft. IT park along Outer Ring Road (ORR) to meet the growing demand for premium office spaces. Additionally, another 1.5 million sq. ft. of office space is set for completion this year.
