Embassy Developments (EDL), through its subsidiary Embassy East Business Park, has entered into agreements with Lam Research (India) to sub-lease and subsequently divest approximately 25 acres in Whitefield, Bengaluru, for ₹1,125 crore, subject to regulatory approvals.
"This milestone transaction reaffirms EDL’s ability to unlock value through strategic asset monetization. The proceeds from this sale will be reinvested into high-growth opportunities, strengthening our development pipeline and delivering sustained value to our stakeholders," said Aditya Virwani, Managing Director of EDL.
The deal highlights Bengaluru’s position as a global technology hub, catering to the growing demand for world-class commercial infrastructure. With its robust IT ecosystem and skilled workforce, Whitefield remains a prime destination for high-tech investments.
