The project has already garnered significant interest. Even before its official launch, firm confirmations for pre-booking 25 flats have been received. This early enthusiasm highlights the strong demand for premium housing in the area.
The total revenue expected from the Majiwada project, comprising 457 flats, is projected to be approximately Rs 800 crore over the next four years. On the launch day alone, the company received inquiries for about 150 units, further emphasizing the market's appetite for quality residential options.
