Bharat Forge Bets Big on Aerospace, Semiconductors & Defence

Bharat Forge is targeting rapid growth over the next two to four years through newer segments like aerospace, semiconductors, energy, and defence energetics. The Pune-based engineering firm aims to double its current ₹400 crore aerospace revenue within two years, while its semiconductor business targets $30–40 million in organic revenue over the same timeframe. According to Vice-Chairman and Joint Managing Director Amit Kalyani, these emerging businesses are entering a scaling phase, supported by new manufacturing facilities and surging demand for advanced electronics.
