Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Adani Power Ltd (APL) for setting up six thermal power units of 800 MW each.
Under the ₹6,500 crore contract, BHEL will supply steam turbine generators along with associated auxiliaries and will also oversee the erection and commissioning of all six units.
This significant order further strengthens BHEL’s position as a leading supplier of power generation equipment in the country.
