Bhopal to get 162 crore affordable housing boost under PMAY

The Urban Administration & Development Department of Madhya Pradesh has released a tender for the development of residential units in Bhopal as part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

This project entails the construction of houses and the development of associated infrastructure at the Mahabadiya site in Bhopal, focusing on affordable housing. The contract is valued at Rs 162.62 crore, with a specified completion period of 24 months, accounting for potential delays during the rainy season.

Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the deadline of 19th February 2024.
