Bid Now! Develop Bhopal's Collectorate Complex & More with MPHIDB Tender

MP Housing & Infrastructure Development Board (MPHIDB) has issued a tender for the selection of developer for the construction of Collectorate Complex, Divisional Commissioner office, residential and other buildings under re-densification policy of GoMP and other common infrastructure in Bhopal.

The scope of work includes the construction of Collectorate Complex, Divisional Commissioner office, various government office complex, state guest house, hostel buildings and B, E, F, G & H type residential buildings on the project site.

The completion period will be 36 nonths from the appointed date by which the completion of construction and development of the facilities and assets is required to be achieved by the developer. The defects liability period will be five years from the satisfactory handover and transfer of the completed facilities.

The contract amounts to Rs 518.62 crore.

Bid submission closing date is 12 February, 2024.
