Big Win for Capacit'e: SBUT Awards ₹621 Cr Mumbai Project

Capacit’e Infraprojects has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) for execution works in Sector-07 of the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project at Ward-C, Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai.

Valued at ₹621 crore, the contract includes core and shell construction, along with comprehensive finishing and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) services. This marks the third repeat order awarded to Capacit’e by SBUT, underscoring the client’s continued confidence in the company’s capabilities and track record of timely, high-quality delivery.

The project further strengthens Capacit’e Infraprojects’ position in Mumbai’s premium urban redevelopment segment, reinforcing its role in transforming high-density areas through modern infrastructure solutions.
