Big Win for Dee Vee: ₹441.92 Cr. University Project Secured

Dee Vee Projects has secured a Rs 441.92-crore EPC contract from NBCC (India) Ltd for the construction and development of the permanent campus of the Central University of Odisha in Sunabeda.

The project includes the development of major infrastructure such as an academic block, hostel, auditorium, gym and indoor sports complex, shopping centre, student centre and cafeteria, guest house, sub-station, AC plant room, engineers and estate office, water tank, and comprehensive external development works.

To be completed within 24 months from the start date, the project is part of the government’s initiative to bolster educational infrastructure and deliver modern facilities in emerging academic centres.

This development is expected to enhance regional growth, improve academic access, and strengthen Dee Vee Projects’ standing in the national infrastructure sector.
