BL Kashyap Wins Rs 160 Crore Order from Suruchi Properties

BL Kashyap & Sons Limited has secured a substantial Rs 160 crore contract from Suruchi Properties, a Century Real Estate Holdings subsidiary. The contract involves civil, structural, and related works for a residential project in Kodihalli, Bengaluru, to be completed within 20 months. This new project adds to the company's growing portfolio of significant construction ventures across India.

Currently, BL Kashyap's total order book amounts to Rs 3,383 crore. Renowned in the construction industry, the company has successfully executed numerous high-profile projects, including hospitals, hotels, office spaces, IT parks, industrial facilities, metro systems, commercial spaces, residential buildings, institutional structures, and airports.

Some of their notable projects include the Shangri-La Bangalore, Embassy Golf Links, Manyata Tech Park, and the New Flipkart Office. Additionally, they have completed VR Bengaluru, Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Prestige Golfshire, Bhartiya City, Four Seasons Residences, and DLF Promenade Mall in New Delhi.
