BluPine Power Boosted by ₹1,787 Crore NaBFID Funding

BluPine Energy has secured Rs 1,787 crore in funding from the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) to strengthen its renewable energy portfolio.

The funding will enhance cash flow and provide financial flexibility for long-term growth. BluPine Energy plans to use the funds to repower existing solar assets, improving efficiency and operational performance. This initiative aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio and advance its sustainability objectives.

CEO Neerav Nanavaty stated that the funding will support scaling up operations while contributing to India’s renewable energy targets. BluPine Energy, founded by global investor Actis, focuses on developing and operating renewable energy infrastructure, reinforcing its commitment to India’s clean energy transition.
