Brigade Group has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a luxury residential project on Bogadi Road, near the proposed Outer Ring Road in Mysuru. Spanning five acres and 12 guntas, the project has a gross development value (GDV) of ₹300 crore and will offer 0.45 million sq. ft. of premium residential space.
Designed for contemporary living, the development will feature a mix of 75% luxury two- and three-BHK apartments and 25% senior living spaces, complemented by top-tier amenities and an exclusive clubhouse. Strategically located just 4.5 km from Brigade Palmgrove, this project marks a significant step in Brigade Group’s expansion in Mysuru.
Brigade Group Managing Director Pavitra Shankar commented, “This land acquisition aligns with our long-term vision to create thoughtfully designed residential communities in key markets like Mysuru. Our focus remains on delivering quality, innovation, and holistic living experiences.”
Beyond Mysuru, Brigade Group is making strategic investments in other major cities. Earlier this week, the company acquired 4.4 acres in Whitefield, East Bengaluru, for a ₹950 crore premium residential project with a development potential of 0.6 million sq. ft. In January, Brigade signed an MoU with Technopark to develop a 1.5 million sq. ft. World Trade Centre (WTC) and business hotel in Thiruvananthapuram, aiming to attract IT MNCs and create over 10,000 jobs. Additionally, Brigade is investing ₹1,500 crore to expand WTC Kochi, further strengthening its commercial portfolio.
