Brigade Group's ₹970 Crore Expansion in Hyderabad's Moti Nagar

Brigade Group, the Bengaluru-based real estate major, has signed joint development agreements (JDAs) for two upcoming luxury residential projects—Brigade Citadel 2 and Brigade Citadel 3—in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, the same micromarket where it launched Brigade Citadel in January 2021.

Spread across 10 acres, the new developments will comprise 405 premium residences, with a projected revenue potential of ₹970 crore. This strategic move builds on the success of the first phase and underscores Brigade’s deepening focus on Hyderabad as a key growth market in South India.

“Our aim is to deliver high-quality, premium living experiences and continue identifying land parcels that align with our long-term vision,” said Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises.

Targeted at discerning modern homebuyers, the projects will feature three- and four-BHK homes in low-rise luxury enclaves, prioritising open spaces, architectural excellence, and resident wellbeing.
