Brigade's Whitefield Power Play: 4.4 Acres for Premium Residences.

Brigade Enterprises has acquired 4.4 acres of prime land in Whitefield, Bengaluru, to develop a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹950 crore.

The project will span 0.6 million sq. ft. and will further enhance Brigade’s growing residential portfolio. The company emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition in strengthening its position in the city’s real estate market. This move aligns with Brigade’s long-term vision of delivering high-quality housing in key urban locations.

Brigade Enterprises has an extensive track record in residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments. The company continues its expansion efforts, having recently launched a ₹2,700 crore housing project in Bengaluru.
