BWI Steel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bansal Wire Industries, has secured a land allotment from the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) for a new manufacturing facility.
The allotted industrial plot spans 1,70,000 sq. mtrs. and is located in the Sanand-II Industrial Estate. Initially, the subsidiary had applied for 2,00,000 sq. mtrs. of land.
This expansion in Gujarat follows the company's earlier announcement about the project in December last year.
