Capacit'e Infraprojects has secured a premium super high-rise contract worth approximately ₹482 crore (excluding taxes and cess) from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty. The project involves the comprehensive civil construction and finishing of Tower T5 in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, which will feature residential floors, penthouses, basements, podiums, a clubhouse, and service floors. Awarded as part of its regular civil contracting operations, this repeat order strengthens Capacit'e’s order book and underscores its leadership in executing complex, high-value infrastructure projects. Managing Director Rahul Katyal noted that the win reinforces the company's position as a preferred partner for super high-rise developments across India.
