CCI Projects' $700 Cr. Skyleap: 53 Floors Coming to MMR

Realty developer CCI Projects is set to invest ₹700 crore in constructing ‘Skyleap,’ a 53-storey luxury residential tower in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Part of the six-acre ‘Rivali Park 2’ gated community in Borivali, the tower will house 320 premium apartments. With this project, CCI Projects anticipates generating revenue exceeding ₹1,250 crore. Strategically located along the Western Express Highway, ‘Skyleap’ will offer residents world-class amenities in a prime location.

Founded in 2000, Mumbai-based CCI Projects has delivered more than eight residential towers and currently has approximately 35 lakh sq. ft. under construction. This new development reinforces the company’s commitment to meeting the rising demand for luxury housing in the region.
