Ceigall India, one of the country’s fastest-growing EPC firms, has made its debut in the renewable energy sector by securing two Letters of Intent (LoIs) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (MSEDCL).
The projects fall under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0, which aims to deploy grid-connected solar power facilities across multiple locations in Maharashtra. Through tariff-based competitive bidding, Ceigall has been awarded the development of 337 MW of solar capacity.
This strategic entry into renewable energy marks a significant diversification for Ceigall, expanding its portfolio into sustainable, high-growth infrastructure segments. The move aligns with India’s national energy transition goals and positions the company to leverage emerging opportunities in the clean energy space.
Ramneek Sehgal, Chairman & Managing Director of Ceigall India, commented:
“This milestone not only marks our entry into the green energy domain but also reaffirms our commitment to supporting India’s clean energy ambitions. We aim to deliver world-class solar projects, empower communities with reliable renewable power, and create long-term stakeholder value.”
