CLS Goes to Pune: A Rs 200 Crore Vision for Koregaon Park Annexe

Curated Living Solutions (CLS), a DivyaSree Group company, has announced its entry into hospitality-led mixed-use real estate with the launch of a Rs 200 crore development in Pune's Koregaon Park Annexe. Developed in partnership with Arista Developers, the project will feature a 200-key hotel, premium retail spaces and branded residences, with Alivaa Hotels & Resorts managing the hospitality operations under a long-term master lease. The development also introduces CLS's Hospitality Investment Plan (HIP), enabling investors to own hospitality units while professional hotel management oversees operations. Strategically located near key business districts and Pune International Airport, the project is designed to cater to rising demand from business travellers, expatriates and long-stay guests while strengthening CLS's managed living portfolio.
