Cochin Airport Awards RITES Major ₹52 Crore RCB Contract

RITES Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the construction of a regulator-cum-bridge (RCB) across Chengalthodu in Chengal, Kanjoor Panchayath.

The project will be executed on a turnkey basis, encompassing design, construction, and commissioning — from concept to completion. With an estimated cost of Rs 52 crore (excluding GST and including project management consultancy fees), the project is scheduled for completion within 24 months.

This new contract underscores RITES’ expanding footprint in regional infrastructure development and its expertise in delivering complex engineering projects.
