Concorde Launches Yelahanka's Rs 30 Crore Commercial Hub

Concorde has launched the Commercial Block at Concorde Mayfair, an integrated development in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

Situated on Bellary Road, the commercial tower spans a super built-up area of approximately 2.51 lakh sq.ft. and forms part of the 3.30-acre project, which combines high-rise residences with high-street retail. Designed for modern businesses and lifestyle needs, the block is projected to generate annual revenues of around Rs 30 crore.
