Construction Giant NBCC Lands Major ₹220Cr Triple-Win

NBCC (India) has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹220.31 crore, further strengthening its position in the construction sector.

The contracts include planning, design and execution of the Head Office Annex Building for Canara Bank at Manyatha Tech Park, Bengaluru, valued at ₹163.12 crore. In addition, NBCC has been awarded the construction of a single-unit boys’ dormitory along with four warden residences at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Jalna in Maharashtra, valued at ₹9.01 crore.

Another significant assignment involves the development of a permanent campus for JNV Medchal–Malkajgiri in Telangana, with an estimated value of ₹48.18 crore.

The scope of work across these projects includes comprehensive planning, execution and project management, underlining NBCC’s capability to deliver large-scale construction projects across multiple states. These orders further bolster the company’s order book and reflect the strength and diversity of its project portfolio.
