CPWD Tenders ₹122 Cr NSG Training Project at Manesar

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a tender for the construction of a Special Operations Training Centre at the NSG campus in Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana.

The project includes the development of an administrative block (G+1), a tower block (G+6), a 50-metre modular shooting range, a shoot house (G+1), and a 270-degree live firing simulator. Additional works will involve constructing boundary walls with entry gates, guard rooms, and various civil, electrical, and mechanical (E&M) facilities.

The total estimated cost of ₹122.77 crore covers the construction and external development, to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Mode II basis. The project has a completion timeline of 22 months, with an additional five-year maintenance period for the specialised training facilities.

The bid submission deadline is 10 February 2026.
