Delhi Gets a New Landmark: Unity One Elegante Opens in NSP!

Parsvnath Developers, in joint venture with Unity Group under Unity Parsvnaths, has successfully completed its premium retail project ‘Unity One Elegante’ at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.

The project has received the Occupancy-cum-Completion Certificate from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), and the mall is set to open soon. Spread across 28,400 sq. metres, Unity One Elegante offers a total leasable super built-up area of 4,69,530 sq. ft., with a majority of the space already leased.

Strategically located in North-West Delhi, the mall enjoys direct connectivity to the Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station and Ring Road, enhancing footfall and accessibility. Designed with a blend of luxury and contemporary aesthetics, the mall features a curated mix of high-end retail, entertainment, and dining experiences.

It aims to serve key residential catchments including Pitampura, Rohini, Model Town, and Ashok Vihar. Anchor tenants include leading brands such as Apple, H&M, PVR-Luxe, and McDonald’s, positioning the mall as a major lifestyle and retail destination in the region.
