Design the Difference: PWD Invites Bids for Udhampur Hostel Project

Public Works Department, Jammu & Kashmir, has invited bids for structural and architectural consultancy services in Udhampur for the construction of a 200-bed Girls' Hostel at Government Degree College, Udhampur.

The selected consultant must complete the assignment within 30 days, assessing site constraints, evaluating potential, and preparing conceptual drawings for client and statutory approvals. The scope includes ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation while covering key aspects such as plumbing, electrification, sewerage, landscaping, and overall site development.

The deadline for bid submission is 01 April 2025.
