Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group has launched 'Panorama,' its first plotted development project, in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. Spanning over 100 acres, with the first phase covering 50 acres, the luxury villa land community offers 539 plots ranging from 1,200 sq. ft. to 7,000 sq. ft. The project aims to generate a topline of ₹1,500 crore, with Phase-1 completion targeted for December 2027.
Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala, 'Panorama' seamlessly integrates traditional South Indian architecture with modern living. The development features a 45,000 sq. ft. premium clubhouse offering sports, recreation, and social spaces. Additional amenities include cycle stations, dedicated bicycle lanes, a mini-soccer ground, indigenous plantations, and leisure zones such as party lawns, a camping area, aromatherapy spaces, and farm-fresh gardens.
Sumadhura Group, with a track record of delivering over 50 projects spanning 12 million sq. ft. and a pipeline of 40 million sq. ft., continues to expand into commercial, warehousing, and co-living sectors. Devanahalli has emerged as a key residential and commercial hub, contributing 15% of North Bengaluru’s residential supply from 2016 to 2023, with 13,600 units added, according to property consultant Anarock.
