Dhanalakshmi Overseas: Building a Brighter Future with Door & Window Fittings in Karnataka's

Dhanalakshmi Overseas is set to establish a door and window fittings plant in Karnataka's Phase-IV, Dobaspet Industrial Area, Bengaluru district, covering 2 acres of land. With a monthly production capacity of 10,000 MT, the plant will manufacture various fittings including hinges, latches, handles, and locks.

Projected to cost approximately INR 25 crore, the project will unfold in two phases, with construction and machinery installation slated for completion by December. Commercial production is scheduled to commence in the second phase, also expected to conclude by December.

Funding for the project will be sourced through a blend of loans and equity, with financial institutions and the company's resources contributing. The venture is anticipated to generate about 100 jobs during construction and around 50 jobs once operational.

Having received approval for its environmental impact assessment, construction is poised to commence shortly, marking a significant stride for Karnataka's industrial landscape. The establishment of the plant will not only boost the state's manufacturing capabilities but also contribute to job creation and economic enhancement.

The proposed project is poised to address the escalating demand for door and window fittings both domestically and internationally, thereby stimulating job growth and fortifying the regional economy.
