Divyasparsh Infra want to build Commercial Complex Project in Maharashtra

Divyasparsh Infra LLP is coming up with a new Commercial Complex Project at Baner, Pune, Maharashtra. The project is called Divyasparsh Ambrosia Galaxy and is expected to have a total area of 1.06 Acres. The project will consist of a mix of commercial units, including offices, showrooms, and retail shops. The Project Cost was 10 Crores.

The commercial units will be available in a variety of sizes and layouts to suit the needs of different businesses. The project will also feature a variety of amenities, including a rooftop cafeteria, a private gym, a game center, and a common board room, meeting room, and conference hall.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 50% mark. The work on the project will be finished by October of 2024.
