DLF Unveils Ultra-Luxury Villas in Goa

DLF is set to make a grand entrance into Goa’s real estate market with the launch of 62 ultra-luxury villas slated for the second half of the financial year 2024-2025. Priced between Rs 40 crore and Rs 50 crore, these villas promise a high-end living experience on the picturesque Reis Mago hill, just 32 km from Goa International Airport. Nestled close to Candolim Beach, Baga Beach, and Calangute Beach, this exclusive community will offer unrivaled luxury and proximity to some of Goa's most sought-after locales.

This project marks DLF's inaugural venture into super-luxury residential development outside of Delhi-NCR. The company aims to set a new benchmark in luxury living with this significant addition to Goa's expanding market of high-value holiday homes. The shift towards premium properties in serene environments reflects a broader trend of investing in luxury real estate that combines natural beauty with opulent amenities.

In line with its growth strategy, DLF is also planning to launch approximately 37 million sq. ft. of new developments across various cities. This expansive rollout is expected to generate revenue of Rs 1.04 lakh crore, highlighting the company's commitment to meeting the soaring demand for luxury residences.
