The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has announced a tender for the construction of an office-cum-training building in Pune, Maharashtra. This project, valued at Rs 154.08 crore, is intended to serve the National Academy of Defence Financial Management (NADFM).
The scope of the contract includes the development of both the main office building and residential accommodations for the officers and staff. The construction period for this extensive project is set at 36 months, ensuring the delivery of a modern and functional facility for NADFM's operations.
Interested bidders have until 23 September 2024 to submit their proposals. This project underscores DRDO's commitment to enhancing the infrastructure supporting India's defense management and training capabilities.
The new facility will be a significant addition to Pune's defense landscape, providing a state-of-the-art environment for the training and development of defense financial management personnel.
