With a current workforce of over 450 professionals, the company plans to scale up to 1,000, focusing on skill development in SAP, data analytics, AI-driven solutions, and cybersecurity.

Company leadership emphasized Bengaluru’s role as a hub for digital innovation, highlighting how this expansion will empower Ladera to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to global clients. The company’s deep expertise in SAP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, and AI will support GCCs in accelerating business transformation.

During the launch event, discussions underscored the rising demand for digital transformation and the growing influence of GCCs in India’s economy. With 15 active collaborations with GCCs, Ladera now aims to expand these partnerships to 100, further cementing its leadership in the global enterprise technology landscape.
