Emerald Expansion: TVS Secures 10 Acres in Bengaluru, Eyes ₹1,600 Crore

TVS Emerald has secured a 10-acre land parcel in Sathnur, Bengaluru, offering a development potential of 1.4 million sq. ft. and an anticipated revenue of Rs 1,600 crore. This acquisition marks the company's fourth in the current financial year, increasing its total revenue potential from land deals in FY25 to Rs 5,300 crore.

Earlier in the year, TVS Emerald acquired two land parcels in Chennai—12 acres on Radial Road and 4.8 acres in Padur—along with a four-acre plot in Thanisandra, Bengaluru. These new acquisitions bring the company's total development potential to 8.2 million sq. ft.

Sriram Iyer, Director and CEO of TVS Emerald, highlighted the company's consistent growth through multiple acquisitions across Chennai and Bengaluru, reinforcing its strategy of strengthening its presence in key micro-markets and cementing its position as a trusted brand in the residential sector.
