EPACK Prefab Technologies is investing ₹160 crore to expand its manufacturing footprint and significantly increase capacity across pre-engineered buildings and insulated building products.
The expansion covers facilities at Ghiloth and Mambattu, along with a new manufacturing plant in Gujarat. A second structural steel fabrication line will add 23,600 metric tonnes of annual pre-engineered building capacity and is scheduled for commissioning in Q3 FY2027.
The upcoming Gujarat plant will contribute another 50,000 metric tonnes of annual capacity, with production expected to commence in April 2027. Following the planned additions, EPACK’s total pre-engineered building capacity is expected to exceed 220,000 metric tonnes per annum.
The company is also commissioning a continuous sandwich panel production line with an annual capacity of 800,000 square metres, targeted to become operational in Q3 FY2027. The expansion is expected to strengthen EPACK’s ability to cater to growing demand from data centres, semiconductor facilities, renewable energy projects and other industrial infrastructure segments.
