The Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority has issued a tender for the construction of a world-class shooting range sports complex in Sector 32, Urban Estate, Panchkula, Haryana.
The project, with an estimated cost of ₹133.56 crore, involves the construction of a G+2 structure featuring 50m, 25m, and finals shooting ranges on the ground floor, along with a 10m shooting range on the first floor. The complex will also incorporate comprehensive supporting infrastructure, including lifts, an electrical sub-station, building management system (BMS), CCTV surveillance, access control systems, EPABX, servers, fire alarm and firefighting systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical ventilation, and renewable energy solutions.
To be executed under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode, the project has a stipulated completion period of 24 months. The bid submission deadline has been set for 6 February 2026. The development aims to establish a modern, world-class sports facility in Panchkula to promote shooting sports and recreational activities.
