Euler Motors has inaugurated a new manufacturing and R&D facility in Palwal, Haryana, with an investment of ₹100 crore. This 500,000 sq. ft. plant marks a significant expansion for the company and will play a crucial role in ramping up the production of its electric commercial vehicles.
The new facility is equipped with the capability to produce 36,000 vehicles annually and will serve as Euler Motors' primary manufacturing hub in India. It is designed to meet the growing demand for the company's electric three-wheelers, ensuring a steady supply of locally manufactured vehicles to adapt to evolving market needs.
Featuring an advanced automated assembly line, the plant is integrated with a proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that monitors the entire vehicle lifecycle, from production through to delivery. Additionally, the facility includes a dedicated learning and development center aimed at fostering skill development and creating job opportunities. Currently, the plant employs over 500 people, with 20% being women.
Euler Motors also plans to expand its market presence to 40 cities by FY25, up from 26 cities, leveraging Palwal's robust supplier network to support its growth strategy.
