Fineotex Chemical Boosts Production with ₹60 Crore Facility

Fineotex Chemical Ltd (FCL), a leading Indian specialty chemical manufacturer, has commenced operations at its newly developed manufacturing facility in Ambernath, Maharashtra, effective 7 August 2025.

Developed with an investment of approximately ₹60 crore—funded through internal accruals and capital raised—the new plant expands the company’s operational footprint by seven acres. Phase 1 of the facility adds 15,000 tonnes to FCL’s annual production capacity, positioning the company to better meet rising domestic and global demand for specialty performance chemicals.

Strategically located, the facility offers efficient connectivity to Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPT), Bhiwandi, and FCL’s existing Ambernath unit, significantly enhancing logistical efficiency and reducing delivery lead times.

This expansion aligns with Fineotex’s long-term growth strategy and reinforces its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability. The company continues to strengthen its leadership in the specialty chemicals space, offering a diverse range of high-quality, eco-friendly solutions across multiple industries.
