GE Aerospace Invests ₹100 Crore to Boost Pune Aviation Hub

GE Aerospace will invest ₹100 crore in its Pune manufacturing facility to support infrastructure upgrades and operational enhancements as part of its ongoing expansion in India.

With the latest investment, GE Aerospace’s cumulative investment in the Pune facility over the past three years has reached ₹510 crore. The plant manufactures critical components used in commercial aircraft engines for global markets.

The company announced that the fresh investment will be directed towards the deployment of new welding technologies, advanced inspection systems, precision tools, gauges, fixtures, and additional infrastructure improvements.

According to GE Aerospace, the upgrades are intended to enhance production capacity, improve manufacturing precision, and strengthen the facility’s capability to supply high-quality aerospace components to customers worldwide.
