GGSIPU Taps SPG Infraprojects for New ₹64 Crore Teaching Block

SPG Infraprojects has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder for a ₹64.23 crore infrastructure project awarded by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi.

The contract involves the construction of a new teaching block at the university’s Sector-16C campus in Dwarka. The scope of work includes the complete execution of RCC structural works, civil finishing, and façade development, along with integrated plumbing, drainage, electrical, and mechanical services.

The upcoming facility is designed to accommodate the university’s growing student population and will feature modern classrooms, laboratories, and administrative areas—enhancing the overall academic infrastructure.
