The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has given the green light for a new residential township named Harnadnipuram, located near the Delhi Meerut Road. The ambitious project spans 541 hectares and comes with an estimated cost of about ₹3,000 crore.
Harnadnipuram, named after the nearby river Hindon (locally known as Harnandi), will see land procured from eight villages: Mathurapur, Nagla Firoz Mohanpur, Shamsher, Champat Nagar, Bhneda Khurd, Shahpur Morta, Morta, and Bhovapur. This development aims to transform these areas into a modern residential hub.
Strategically located about three kilometers from the Delhi Meerut Road and behind Raj Nagar Extension, the township will be easily accessible via the Hindon elevated road, Northern Peripheral Expressway, Raj Nagar Extension Ring Road, and the Duhai station of the RRTS network. This ensures excellent connectivity for future residents.
The township will feature a mix of housing, commercial spaces, a medicity health-care hub, and an IT hub, making it a self-sustaining and vibrant community. The inclusion of these amenities highlights the project's focus on providing a holistic living experience.
Harnadnipuram promises to be a significant addition to Ghaziabad's urban landscape, enhancing the area's infrastructure and offering a modern lifestyle to its future inhabitants.
