The Water Resources Department, Maharashtra, has issued a tender for the construction of a pipe distribution network along with command area development and water management (CADWM) works in the Ghodazari Canal Division at Nagbhid, Maharashtra.
The project, under Sub Branch-2 at RD 44,300 metres of the Ghodazari Branch and Gadmaushi Minor, aims to create an irrigation potential of about 3,000 hectares, supporting agricultural development and improved water management in the region. The estimated contract value is ₹125.68 crore, with the work scheduled for completion within 18 months, including the monsoon period.
The scope includes the design and laying of an efficient pipeline distribution network, along with integrated water management measures to ensure equitable distribution and optimal utilisation of water resources. By expanding irrigation coverage, the project is expected to enhance crop productivity, benefit local farmers, and strengthen the region’s agricultural infrastructure.
The bid submission deadline is 15 January 2026.
