Ghoti–Trimbak Highway Goes 4-Lane: Bids Open for ₹794 Cr Project

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has officially invited bids for the four-lanning, rehabilitation, and upgradation of a 47.6 km section of National Highway 160A (NH-160A) connecting Ghoti and Trimbak in Maharashtra.

Designed to strengthen regional connectivity and boost travel efficiency across this critical corridor, the project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis with an estimated cost of ₹794.26 crore. The contract includes a designated construction timeframe followed by a 5-year post-completion maintenance period. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by December 8, 2026.
