GMDC Kadipani Expansion: Land & R&R Tender Opens

The Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) has issued a tender seeking technical services for land acquisition and rehabilitation & resettlement (R&R) for its Kadipani expansion project in Chhota Udepur district, Gujarat.

The tender invites experienced firms to provide support in managing the legal, social, and technical aspects of land acquisition and R&R, essential for the expansion of GMDC’s coal mining operations in the region. The scope includes facilitating stakeholder engagement, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and ensuring fair and effective resettlement of affected communities.

This initiative reflects GMDC’s focus on sustainable and responsible development while scaling up its coal mining capacity to meet growing energy needs.

The deadline for bid submission is 14 October 2025.
