Planned by DITE&C within the Tuem Electronic Manufacturing Cluster in Pernem, the facility will be executed through a design-build-finance-operate PPP model. Positioned just minutes away from the Manohar International Airport at Mopa, the venue promises next-generation infrastructure—integrating AI-managed utilities, advanced facial-recognition security, and robotic assistance to cater to global events.
